Dear Miss Layton,
Mrs. Lindegard told us to-day that you want to spend a few days here in January. Unfortunately she has no spare-room herself for the time being, but you might stay with us; if our terms of 61 – RM 7 per day (breakfast and supper incl.) suit you.
My wife has been in the U.S. for a longer time.
Yours truly
Dr. Max Ertle
