My dearest Evelyn
Very many happy returns of your Birthday with health much happiness to enjoy it. I hope you are really better and that we shall see you and Col: Sproule tomorrow for tea, and Sara, I wish I could say a nine substantial meal but we have still only Doris - When we enquired for queen. Mrs. Jones in the Bye Street, we here told that there where, do yous of that name about these!! Of course if I know myself I
Easily find her. If it is very wet, & damp tomorrow don’t come, and increase your cough & we could all plan a meeting on Tuesday 18th, either at your house or ours. Edie has been trying to make the garden a little tidy and having Jucker in to put down the light sew carpet with Jucker in to help - p is our joint B. B. present, with love in abundance of is both, and we hope you will think of something you very much want for your an
Apparent use. It was very nice seeing Col: Sproule, & Sara yesterday I thought he worked wonderfully well & Sara Smart, & pretty - it looks as if the weather was clearing so I hope it will be fine tomorrow, when we shall look forward to see you all, at about 3 30 or 4 o’clock. Best of love, & renewed good wishes for July 14th
